★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a pastry shop, you must have a cake lifter to lift and place the pastry properly into the delivery box!!! N while placing the pastry, you must use a spoon or fork to carefully push it from the lifter and slip it into the box!!! However, on the contrary, I found a fat finger imprint on the frosting of my blueberry pastry. Also the pastry box wasn't sealed. N the cap of another dessert jar that I ordered along with the blueberry pastry was also not closed. It was just placed over the jar! The desserts should have been wrapped in a separate packet/carry bag, which was missing! Disappointing!
