★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Service and staff , Neat and clean lab. Report get on a time. Except Sunday. This lab is good because you will get report on Mobile in Commitment hours. You can also recive report's on mail and message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done covid testing here, but they have yet not provided reports which suppose to be received at 9:00pm. Representative told that I will get the report by 9pm at yet report is not received. Totally unprofessional behaviour. If you can't delivered to you should not committ. Even thier enternal team don't know when this report will deliver. This is for Bopal branch. When I am writing this review at 2: 26 am. Now you can understand how irresponsible behaviour they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, they give assurance to give reports by EOD and after collecting samples and money; they call you that it won’t be possible to give reports on same day even though samples were collected early in the morning!
