Taking money but reluctant to give tab atleastone.
That's the difference. Pm should ask pvt center to provide tablet to people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is for the COVID 19 vaccination drive at Symbiosis Healthcare Center in Law college of Vimal Nagar.
I first visited thr on 7 Jul’21 for vaccination of my parents and was pretty impressed with the overall arrangement and hence decided that I will book this Center for my vaccination too.
During my second and third visit in Jul & August 2021, I noticed that the arrangements and staff working style both getting deteriorate than improving.
General issues faced during my second and third visit:
1. Drive official start time is 9am. Billing and nursing staff comes late. Spends lot of time in chatting and over the phone before starting the work. They are doing this when the official duty starts at 9am and people are waiting.
2. Billing counter faces internet connectivity issue, further increasing the wait.
3. Nursing staff came after 9:30am and people were waiting for vaccination to start. However these young nursing staff (future of our healthcare) decided to go for breakfast together than going in turn by starting drive immediately as they were late to come.
Major problem is attitude and not the delay.
When you are late due to any reason avoid more delays in work by planning things right than further delaying it.
Advice:
Do arrangements in advance. Do not make people wait beyond 9am(official start time of drive) to see timepass of your staff, system & internet start issues, billing and nursing staff coming late and not respecting time of people.
Symbiosis as a Institution is good. They have to make people working for them good & responsible.
Many have learnt management from this institution and doing great in thr professional life. Do not give anyone opportunity to point fingers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, safe, clean and well managed. I went to take first dose of my Covid vaccination. The staff were good and highly cooperative. The adress written on the Cowin website for vaccination center for Symbiosis center healthcare viman Nagar is different and survey no is also different. The vaccination center of Symbiosis center viman Nagar is actually Symbiosis law school. Best place one can book their appointment for vaccination.
