★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are claiming to be open 24 hours, at 7:13 am today they were semi closed, no one was there to attend. I had confirmed if they will be available just before 5 minutes and they said yes we are open. Bad experience on availability. Go for other labs nearby, not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very prompt and genuine service provided by Symmers Pathology laboratory here in Bopal. I can say, this laboratory is the most professionally run pathology labs in this Bopal area. Here you are also allowed to interact with the Doctor MD, Pathology whenever you have any querry or for any guidance required. I got very good advice and guidance from Dr. Umang Gandhi, MD, Pathology and owner of this laboratory. He is so down to earth that he will take time out of his busy schedule to guide you personally. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go for this lab. They lie about the committed date and then keep on lying about rediness of reports. They forget to take bool samples and then ask customers to wait for next day so that blood sample can be taken. Worst experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family visits this lab quite frequently for our blood tests and it is very prompt with the testing. The reports can be mailed upon requesting them and the physical reports are also available at the time specified by them for you to pick up.
Overall - a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst labaratory I have ever seen they charged 800 plus charges for RT PCR test of COVID they didn't send the report at all simply messaged u have negative gene we will share the report in 5 minutes that's it. I tried to approach in every possibility they simply ignore your texts calls and mails. I request everyone to not go for covid testing in this labaratory
