suggests all of you to choose owner based laboratory where owner will available rather than chain laboratory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and irresponsible lab. First they took 20 mins to just note down my address, passing the phone one to another. I clearly mentioned that blood sample has to be given at 8:00 am mandatorily as per doctor's advice. I had to take some medicine at 11:00 pm and next day blood had to be given at 8:00 am, these people didnt turn up, I called up after waiting for 8:15 that why nobody has come, and they were like oh ya we had to take samples, they simply forgot it.
Highly irresponsible lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 3 days , my friend has done rt pcr. We are assuming that report will come in next 24-48 hours. We tried to call them ,no response at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I am paying for x amount then you have to provide me service for that , sometimes sample report not get email and SMS(whatsapp) due to server down have to visit lab for collect that report , I am not expected this type of service from big laboratory rather to choose next time small laboratory that have all services .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never picka up any phone calls. I once stood right in front of the reception desk to see if it is deliberate or their phone isn't working. It turna out that they let the ringer go on and on. Inhumane lab and the management is equally irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zero star service. Staf behaviour is rude. The person who collects blood sample by syringe is very careless.
They dont concentrate while injecting syringe & turn the syringe with their thumb. Sample collection is very painful. They never listen to us. Very very bad experience. Dont go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place could be good but local management especially Hiteshbhai is of no worth. He is extremely careless person and have no idea about importance of report. He is only concerned for revenue. Suggesting to prefer any other Supratech lab and if not available in your area, may be any other lab should be referred but no more Supratech-Bopal
