★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason am writing this review because this issue has been dragging for almost a month now. i made a UPI payment to a merchant on 17th July 2019,due to server problem the payment didn't get transferred to the merchant account yet the amount 2129/- to be exact has been deducted from my account. i called the bank and asked for assistant the very next day but was informed it will take 3 working days to be credited in my account. But that didn't happened i even visited the branch and met the manager,was assured it will get credited and asked me to check with the merchant and his statement i gave my details and checked the merchant but even he didn't received the amount,i have made several payments in the past through upi to the merchant but this has happened for the first time. Now where did the amount go????
