I am very disappointed with the bank staffs accepted security guard. I visited for make a DD amount of 45k,while I asked to the staff (who was sitting near to cash deposit 2 nd cabin )told me that not available at the moments but I tried to convince them ,its very urgent case but that smelly dirty lady told me come after 2:30 p.m as well as I wanted to take a help from the help desk that black elephant lady not ready to help anybody in front me some of visitors also needed help but no way ,then why its mentioned over there in English word HELP DESK u should mentioned Dont expect help from our bloody pathetic bank.I tried to find out that RAT Manager but he is lucky guy not their otherwise I was capable to teach him or her how to managed ,We need to raised the complaints against of them,they are not deserved such a banking job(Gattar chaap),they are behaving like a road side bagger but they forgot!!! ur banking is going on by the public they supposed to be not behaving like that. They should be very politely to customers like axis bank,yes bank,icici bank .Kindly briefings to them and teach them how to great the customers then only ur bank will called such a banker.Finally they gave me a DD by 3:30 p.m but I visited by 12.20p.m

She doesn't suit that manager post .I have seen many managers they r very good behavior not like this lady sham on her
