I visited the Malviya Nagar branch just for the passbook entry.....the lady who suppose to do that... was unprofessional, very bad behaviour.... first she told me it's not possible as she doesn't have the login authority....and the other lady who has the login authority....doesn't help me as there were conflict amount the ladies.... I must appreciate the effort of that gentleman who helps me out... another wise I must have burst out on them (ladies).
They need to work on their customer dealing behaviour....
