★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not updated with banking matters.The oriental Bank of commerce is continuing with the old cheque book till September 2021. The bank staff refused to accept that cheque without knowing the fact.
Very shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst set of people working there. Starting from the guard to the woman who sits at the first counter. There is a board above her which talks about being polite to customers and she is the exact reverse.
They all are unhelpful and the worst form of sarkari attitude. Never ever go to that branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank (SBI) is great and trustworthy though this review is not about the bank but this branch in particular.
So the branch is located on the petrol pump and Saket Sports Complex road. It’s on the first floor, it’s a floor turned into the branch. The place is neatly maintained.
The staff here changes a lil frequently. The branch manager is a helpful guy (Mr. Naveen).
Though I’ve never seen the complete staff working. And they sometimes try to avoid/delay work. (Only sometimes) Overall a good one.
Go to Branch Manager directly if you need to get your work done asap.
I have been there for a simple work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls don't open Account in SBI Mandir Marg...Very rude n & irresponsible staff over there... Don't know even how to manage SB A/c. Sometimes without any reason apply Stop Hold to ur a/c, whenever they will deduct any no. of times Locker rent from without verification or chking.
If demand any explaination they Simply refuse.
Now I able to understand why From Harshad Mehta till today date every conman is able to scam in SBI Banks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employee's not able to work due to rude behaviour at all time, always there machine's & system are not responding. specially counter 2 or maybe entire employees of this branch.
Here appeal to the b.manager try to implement the process and make a responding system.
