★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here at sharp 10 am to open an account and they send me to service des which is counter number 2 which is obviously vacant because it is government.then i asked the lady sitting next to the desk to whom to approach..she said waited
I waited for another 15 mins and i asked again.then she told me that the lady who are soppose to help me is having chat since past 15 mins and continusoly ignoring.
At 10:45 i lost my patence and asked her very politely.she told me to wait for 5 mins.when i objected that she told me that u never came to me.i said u never was in your seat so how would i know..she started arguing.i felt disrespected and leave.
No one seems helping there.they wont attend u until u win an argument against them.my suggestion is that u may find this bank empty but dont think that u get out of ther in any hurry.the chances are you may also get disrespected over there
I have complained to sbi about this.hope they write me back soon
