★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is for the food..coz there is nothing exceptional about it.the same tex-mex type.
The rest of the 3 stars are for the location, staff courtesy and the ambience.i must say that among all the taco bell outlets of Bangalore , even better than the Koramangala one .this balcony is sure to steal the show.specially , when the open air programmes happen inside the mall campus,then the balcony is a perfect VIP lounge to watch it and grab your favourites.its all the more awesome with it rains....the Bangalore rains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like Tacos then you should go to Taco Bell in Pheonix Marketcity Mall. In Friday you can get unlimited cola and tacos. I had that unlimited tacos from this taco bell store. The ambience is good and live sport streaming is available there. Both outdoor and indoor sitting is available. Of you go outside you can also see the functions of the Pheonix Market City’s open area. You can enjoy the live performance from the balcony of taco bell which is really nice. I like the Nacos from this place.

My expectations were actually a bit high, but for a first timer, it was meh. (I had veg Taco)
I think it is a bit hyped. It has decent Tacos, nothing really delicious or anything.
I think their tacos are healthy. I had the Veg pinto bean (rajma) taco.
We need to scan a QR code using Google lens. God knows what people will do if they don't know how to use it. This is pretty good but there wasn't anyone specific to assist.
Ambience wise, it's good to hang out with friends.
Customer service: There is no one to assist. I had to ask the staff and they weren't too willing to help. Feels as if I was in my school canteen where everyone was mean and clueless lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally they bought back those potatoes in the menu ?. Cheesy fries are something which when we order online is never delivered, but when we visited this outlet they served us. It was super yummy. Service staff were good and welcoming.

The Quesadillas we ordered was absolutely bad and the way it was packed for home delivery was awful..they put in a brown paper pouch and give and while eating the entire cheese game on my hand before eating only. I'm attaching pictures too..if the restaurant is charging so much then I guess they can give such food in boxes like dominoz gives for pizzas.
The guy who was taking order was absolutely clueless about what we wanted to order and didn't even help us with things .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Mexican food. We can just walk-in, scan and order online. No need to wait in queue as menu can be seen through smart phone.
Churros not upto mark. Quesadilla and Nachos were good. Mexican fries are not good. Overall a good restaurant.
