★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is among the Hopeless after sale service provider in the electronics.We had purchased Videocon air conditioner from their shop, after usage of 3 yrs, the a.c. broke down and registered complaint with them till today no response from them and when asked for contact no. of service person..they refused to give it...This is the attitude towards their customer...and while selling things they speak about "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters. Verify the model number once received. I bought an inverter type ac but the delivered a non inverter type. Took lot of time for them to replace with the correct one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting shop selling all faulty products.Purchased Videocon AC which had to be repaired several times within 1 year and now the Compressor is gone faulty..The people is this shop do not take any responsibility to come and repair..Complaint has been given since 1 month yet nobody comes to fix the compressor..Call centre just says that there is nothing in their hand and even the people in the shop do not fix the issue. Nobody should buy any items from this disgusting and fake shop. Its waste of money and waste of time.Selling all fake items which they dont even come to fix when stops working even when in warranty.
Disgusting Service and disgusting people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after sales service. They are not bothered once the product is sold. Purchased kelvinator fridge which started having issues right from first month of purchase. We spent more on its servicing In last 3 years every time it stopped working. Talaulikar is least bothered and deals with sheer arrogance . This is totally hyped shop and i won’t recommend purchasing anything here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing after-sales service! Had purchased an AC and it started giving problems from day one. Despite painfully following up a zillion times, the problem never went away . I wonder if they sell genuine appliances.
