β β β β β My wife and I Visited the store on 22 and 23 April 2022.
We were impressed with the cleanliness and the professional attitude of the personnel.
Although we did not make very large purchase, the serving person was extremely nice, polite and patient and made our visit to the store a nice experience.
Mr Sumit Kumar who attended to us was extremely nice and I wish the tribe of such great salespeople increases.
Kindly retain these high standards set by you.

β β β β β Awesome experience as the staff was very cooperative and helpful. Most importantly they are always ready to show all the possible designs as per our requirements . Rather I personally hav got so much ideas by them of getting matching ring or earrings with kadas etc to be made on order by tanishq .and they hav proved to be wonderful products . Also I appreciate tanishq staff to find out old designs code to be able to add on order . Bravo to GIP staff of tanishq . Hope we get the same or better services always from your staff .

β β β β β Very good store. They have recently shifted at different location in ground floor GIP Mall. They have very good stock of jewellers with latest as well as traditional design. Variety of ranges available in terms of design, weight and price. However, the crowd management need to be little organized. Once you get there then you have to wait for sometime to be attended by their sales executives. Even when some of their executives are Free and busy with their handset.

β β β β β Many Thanks and best wishes to store staff. My feedback is related Charge back deduction of 3% on my 24 K Gold coin having purity of 999 which is used in purchase. This charge at Tanishq store was not expected. I was told that this charge back is not fixed and decided by Management. Tanishq management can have a look on process for improvement. Thanks once again.
