★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. If you are planing to get a bike from this showroom trust me it will be the most worst decision you ever made.
First of all you get your number plate after 2-3 months .as they will invest your money in the market then they book your number plate after one month & after sales service is pathetic .
In our case , we get a defected piece .
My fd purchased this scooty on 11th March, with lots of excitement.
But on the 16 th March ,his scooty stopped taking start Then the showroom service person changed the full wiring .they told us that this kind of problem never happened again.At least not in 3-4 years .
But today(11th April,2022 )again he faced the same problem.when he was middle of the road . He was riding in Speed & the scooty stopped all of a sudden.
A bus was just behind him. He could have faced a major accident today.
We were devastated & frustated .
The showroom sales person is telling us that there must be manufacturing defect From the day first the scooty it self is defected.they told us they only can replace the parts .
if same thing happened again who will take the responsibility?
They already changed the wiring first time but still this is happened today .what is the guarantee that it will not happen again . I don't even know whether they are actually changing the parts or repairing the parts.
The product is defected from the day first .Shall I keep the scooty after knowing the product is defected?

Expecting that they offer test ride for Aerox 155 and R15 V4!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Yamaha Showroom plus Service centre was previously a company owned one when I bought my Fazer 2014 model.
Latet it's been franchised by Tanushka
The main system has not changed much, the reception office is at the ground floor, and the main showroom is at the 1st floor, and the service centre and Parts department on the 2nd floor.
One good h change is now you can pay for your bought directly to them.
Now about the Showroom and Service, this the best showroom and service centre when all
Yamaha models are concern, you will get all parts here when many other service centre will show out of stock
Only major drawback is the behaviour or reluctance of some of the junior staffs out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour of the staff needs to be improvised especially in spare parts section and in the service section. I don't why they have so much of attitude. Another things is that inadequate stock of the spare parts. Any roadside garrage will give the better service regarding after sell service.

The behaviour of the staffs is good and the service is also awesome. I got my bike ready in an hour of making payment. Will recommend others to have a shot.
