★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. We went in for a meal. They didn't serve water or provide napkins. We asked for fresh lime soda with salt and sugar. They served lime juice with water with no salt or sugar.
Small seating area. Very crowded and loud especially when families are eating with kids shrieking away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just loved this hotel. I ate there for 2 dinner. Nice service, quality of food and ambience. Also the place was very hygenic and reasonable as compared to other unhygienic hotels near by. I'll suggest hotel management to open a branch at Manali also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome food served here!! The staff is very nice. I really enjoyed the meal served by restaurant. Must try if you visit shimla. It will take just 5-10 minutes on foot from the flyover near victory tunnel bus stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for having food. It has variety of food recepies. The price over is reasonable. Compare to other restaurants over here, it is cheaper. Not very much crowded. It is on main circle.

Spices are added to more than enough proportions.
Vegetarian food is better then non vegetarian.
Services are good .
Rates are higher then what you expect from a good dhaba, probably due to tourist destination.
Keep better hygiene.

Rice was raw, not cooked properly, and I had the worst hot coffee of my life here.
When my order arrived, I thought that quantity of rice is very less, but I left more than half in the plate because they were not cooked. Wasn't able to drink milk coffee as well because it had no milk. But still had to pay full bill.

Found chicken bone in Veg - chowmin, dirty kitchen. Don't go if you are a vegetarian, may be you could found non veg taste or chicken bones in veg foods.
