Have to wait for long time by taking token, only 2 members to attend customers.
Even there is no proper parking facility for bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst company..I call up customer care to solve out the problem regarding about the overdue loan, they said they will call back, but never happen...I call up many times, it's the same response from their staff..they are delaying, non responsive..worse experience ever!

Kudos to the team for quick actions.

I knew this capital services are very worst but again I did a mistake to search for the office. Even customer care executives also confirmed that but, no office .....too bad too worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out dated rules like 1980s manual system following,I donno how DIGITAL system are working now a days.These guys doesn't have proper information ,if cutomer trying to pay loan(either part payment or else) needs to visit this one and only BRANCh in Bangalore, there is no proper information, there is no aprking.
Feeling pathertic why I have taken loan in this low profile org?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company Tata Capital Finance have hired employees who are unethical they just know how to harass people for loan repayment. They have exhausted my 70 + parents by barging into the house and not showing the DRT notice . The senior collection person got my parents on street. I personally called him from overseas and he said will threat my parents properly but e barged with 10 cops as if they were criminals. My mom just asked them for 1 night extension so that they can get their stuff sorted and move in one place. I am posting and they are deleting my post. This company is a FRAUD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go near this horrible company. They are worst cheaters. They collect more money than agreed one. Interest rate and penalty will make you bankrupt. Finally they will blackmail you by sending goondas near your home to threaten you. Since they hold your property documents they will go on harassing you for more illegal payments.
TATA's reputation is totally spoiled on account of criminals who are running this unscrupulous institution.
