★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked my car on 14/Oct and before my booking i was getting almost 4-5 calls in a day from them to book the car. After my booking hardly they have called me. They don't even update you about your car status. They told me that I will get my car within 72 days of booking, now it is 58th day. Can't you people give surprise to the customer by delivering the car before waiting period? Now they are saying that the waiting period is 90days. Till the date I have received 2 calls from Raipur Tata showroom, they had ready stock to get delivered but to save my 10k I had booked my car to JBP.
No service.
No follow up.
No punctuality.
No customer centric.
No decipline.
In future I will never book any car at them. And request to you to plz book your car at some other showroom to save your time.
