β β β β β Garve is established dealer network in pune, one of the big dealers which offers great service wrt car sales and service points.
All the TATA cars like Tiago, Tigor, Tigor electric, Nexon, Nexon electric, Premium hatchback Altroz, Harrier, Safari and recently launched India's safest rated car TATA Punch are available for display as well as test drives. I took test drives of Altroz and Punch manual variants.
I'm a proud owner of TATA Altroz, still I liked TATA Punch, clutch and gear shifts are very very light, significant improvement over Altroz, offers best ride and handling quality, test drove MS Brezza earlier, Brezza steering is very stiff like car takes you on highway rather than you taking it somewhere. All tata cars come with best suspension, easily filters potholes
Garve was earlier famous for brand Hyundai, but now they'll quickly rise to be known for TATA as well as they've acquired all the 3 or may be 4 showrooms and service stations from Bafna. Before Bafna, TATA was directly into sales and service under their own in-house Concorde chain which recurred huge losses for the car manufacturer.
This Tathwade showroom I visited is very spacious, huge service station capacity, good staff too. Mrs. Mamata attended us and explained all the 3 cars namely Altroz, Tiago and Punch in details with variant to variant features and differences. Good service.

β β β β β Delightful experience buy my brand new Tata Nexon from Garve Tata. Staff is co-operative, attention is payed to every detail. I would recommend this showroom to my friends. If you step in the showroom and want point to point explanation ask for Mamta ma'am at the reception.

She followed up with RTO team to get BH series mark for my vehicle to get it delivered on the promised Delivery Date, which was more than our expectations. β β β β β Great cars, slow service. Poor car cleaning. In first service I observed that the meaning is not good, so I received a coupon for free car wash. But nothing impressive. Instead of cleaning they stained fabric inside my car door. Watchman in my society cleans car better than Garve Motors.

β β β β β It was a wonderful experience with Garve motors during my purchase of Tigor iCNG. Overall service was really good from Tathawade brunch. Of coarse hats off to the executive (Mamta) and her seniors who coordinated the entire process. Great commitment.
Although there is huge waiting time for the CNG vehicle however got the delivery as mentioned during booking. Delivery celebrations was good too. Once again a big thanks to the entire team for their customer friendly attitude and transparency.
