★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False promises of delivery date during booking the vehicle.
Unprofessional approach towards escalations.
No accountability of getting the vehicle delivered on promised dates. They'll simply keep saying "Tata Motors is not allocating the vehicle, what can we do?"
We've bought cars from multiple brands in the past, never ever have we faced issues like we have faced with Puneet Automobiles. Wasted the entire charm of buying a new car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional Behavior from Staff. Have booked a Car with them and their managers don't care to reply to calls and messages after i made booking. and got a very horrible reply from once of their Managers today morning.
Never expected such unprofessional behavior from TATA Group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 5 months I write this review. I book our family 1st car tata tiago XZ + in September 2021 and delivery on next month. It was good experience for us. I specially thanks to Mr.Ritikesh and Mr. Saud for assistance. Mr. Ritikesh was extremely helpful. He give proper information and clear all doubts. before car booking my elder brother went at show room and meet Mr. Ritikesh from this time he was in touch with us. He is super supportive and like family member of us.
Mr. Saud also help after booking and after getting delivery of my car. My car meet in accident after couple of month getting delivery. Mr. Saud help to further process of service center and needy assistant.
According me, There is some point to improvement in sales team.

Our agent, Mr. Mohmmad Hasnain was good from the start till the day we purchased vehicle (till the last transaction and his commission). The moment we departed, he thinks his responsibility has ended. We contacted him a hundred times. He NEVER responds properly. Doesn't pick calls, doesn't reply to msgs and is least bothered in resolving issues.
It's been 2 months since we bought Tata Nexon, we haven't even been able to get registation certificate of our vehicle bcoz of his ignorance to our problem. The after sales really sucks. He has been testing our patience.
DO NOT TRUST them blindly...!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cousin bought new, car for approx 12 lacs from TATA motors dealer Puneet Automobiles on 6th march 22 at Worli Mumbai . But after 4 days the car was giving trouble in start. And it did not start at 6'00 pm. She was, in dilemma as she has to attend patients but she wasted 4 hours in calling dealer as well as service centre without any positive reply from them ' at approx 10 pm she got reply for towing the vehicle. And thereafter it was informed there is fault of battery which they expect to get after one month. So you can understand the plight of person purchasing from branded company of Tata motors has to face such issue to stand for 4 hours for car sevice at chembur area without any guidance and support and leave it there as it can't start and also could not use properly due its defects. Be careful and check before purchasing as I feel the dealer before delivery should have checked system update and battery before delivery.

I had Purchase Tata Safari 2.0 on 9th Sept 2021.Car is 25 days old with 1071 kms odo.
Fuel pump and Pressure Pump fails...GR8
Request all of you not to buy Tata Car from Puneet Automobiles.They are cheaters and sell you defected models. 25 days with 1071 kms ODO,car is in Service station because of Diesel Pump Failure.Can you believe it?
It is my Humble request to all you,please do not put your hard earned money with this dealer.
