The sales team was very professional and extremely humble in answering all my queries. Deepak ji from the team in particular was very helpful and always available to answer my questions and going extra mile in supporting the entire process, it was top-notch buying experience. Special Thanks to Deepak Nighojkar ji, Jyoti More Ma'am, Manshi Ma'am and Surekha ma'am(from insurance department).

1st visit:
I have visited this showroom as it was referred by one of my friend. Mr. Deepak had understood my requirements and explained different models/varients accordingly. So overall experience was very good.
Advanced booking:
I have booked Tata Punch-Accomplished on very first visit. The waiting period was told to be ~3 months. But since then I got frequent updates from Mr. Deepak on car's availability.
Final Booking:
I had requested Mr Deepak to deliver my car a little earlier; if possible. Surprisingly my car got available within a month and I was very happy. So I requested Deepak to start with the booking process immediately. The overall booking process went very smooth without any hiccups. Most of the verification was done online/over a call.
Delivery:
I got a call from their office in advanced for date and time slot booking. The car was very clean, their team had given me a short demo. And they have also made an arrangement for Pooja & a short celebration... So Kudos to the entire team for making a customer happy! ?
I will definitely recommend to visit this showroom atleast once. Rest, their team will take care of it. ??
P. S. I will update my feedback after the first service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star rating is just because I got a car in 20 days. Apart from that experience with Sales person was not up to the mark. Basically showroom PDI is not trustable so do your car PDI by your self. Didnt get complete car demo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is officially one of the top 5 Tata showrooms in India. And the service justifies every bit of it. The way the management works and operates with total transparency is what every car buyer needs.
The Senior sales consultant who was incharge of my delivery, Amit Sonawne was always a phone call away to cater to my every concern. He dealt with me very patiently despite me being a bit worried due to the late delivery of my Tata Punch (which isn't the dealership's fault) but he handled the situation with utmost care.
Also, thanks to Senior Sales Lead Sanjay More who made sure my delivery is on track. And CRM Charushila Patil who was very kind and restored my faith in the process when I had concerns regarding the late delivery.
Finally on the delivery day, everything was well planned and quickly executed. The next day, I found a minor issue with the tail gate not closing properly but when I raised the concern with them, they fixed it to perfection in a matter of minutes!
Anyone who is from Pune and wants to buy a Tata car should only book at Saibaba Autowheels!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place the people are very friendly and has a great waiting room. I came here to do my car servicing. The manager is specially very customer centric. He helped me with the wifi details. You can wait in their lounge area till the car is serviced. Nice place to be in. And you could also see from the glass what are they doing with your car. It also has fast charger in front of the showroom we can easily use it
