★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Visited showroom on 14th March 2022 for complaint regarding problem in front door opening from inside(Tata Zest Revotron). Door latch to be changed as suggested by technician however part was unavailable. I have been told to deposit advance of Rs. 500/- which I did and I have been assured that they would order and make part available in maximum 4-5 days. Since then, no response received from showroom side. I tried to contact sales person many times but my call remain unanswered. Finally, sales person picked call on 18th March 2022 and told me that there are some payment issues at their end and it will take another 4 days. I again tried to contact them today(25th March 2022) and after 3-4 unanswered call I was told that stock is unavailable and it will take another 5 days. My issue is yet not resolved. I never expected this kind of service from TATA. Firstly, taking a token deposit for a petty item then making me wait for almost 1.5 months without response then finally telling me what I was told 40 days back to wait for another 5 days.This was 3rd Tata car in our family after TATA Vista & Nano and also the last. I will never go for TATA car again in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service related response is very excellent with highly professional service team.Especially from customer care executive Mrs. Bhuvaneswari Garu, service Manager Mr. Janaki ram Garu and service guy executive Mr. Teja for their support and swift reaction throughout the detection and rectification of the rare defect in a short time. They had worked irrespective of the working hours in solving the defect in my tiago Xz. My overall experience towards service is more than excellent with highly appreciable professional methods and excellent customer relations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked TATA Atlroz XZ on 30.09.2021 through TRISTAR TATA MOTORS VIZAG and got delivered on 08.10.2021. It took just 8days. And I had Wonderful experience with sales executive Mr.Raghu, he explained each and everything to us, this is very helpfull for novice like me.
Coming to Altroz The music system is extraordinary. Safety features are top-notch.
am proud to be a Tata Altroz owner, good build quality, more attractive and stylish, good mileage and comfort, and overall excellent. Best experience. I love Tata Altroz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irrespective of all odds, Miss.Bhuvaneshwari has been extremely supportive and customer centric. Though I was angry with few other things, I am impressed with the way she has handled situations and solved all my issues.

Just go for any accessories from showroom because standard fitting of accesories like seatcovers upto the mark.

Customer is king and king always want special attention.
Like that it's easy to Making new customer but too hard to mentain old and loyal customer.
Loyal customer are always gold ? for the company.
So TriStar should provide best service to their customers.
