They will give u a clear cut information from the car features to the service cost also, no nonsense or any sort of fake information. U can blindly go and buy a cat from Sundaram Honda, i am happy to be a member of honda family now

β β β β β Writing this review after my vehicle first service completed, The staff is very friendly and polite gives customers a very good respect and will respond quickly , I would like to personally thank Rakesh goud and Mr.Venkat for the hospitality and the service they provided.

β β β β β The person in charge of booking servicing Hema is a very irresponsible person. She doesnβt know how to do her job properly.
I had called on Tuesday 8th Febβ22 to book my husbandβs Honda Amaze for servicing to be done on Friday 11th Feb. Hema confirmed d booking.
No one turned up today which is the 11th to pick the car. When I called her she wasnβt answering the phone.
I called a driver there, Chenna n he spoke to d service advisor and arranged for my car servicing to be done.
I had to call 2 other people to get my work done just because this Hema is not doing her job properly.

β β β β β May be Honda is a top brand but Sundaram Honda is not , staff is so arrogant they think link they are doing social service for free . Even after paying huge amounts also they response is zero.

β β β β β I took my car for servicing to work shop in Jan-2022, overall experience is disappointing. Staff lacked professional approach and treating customer as if we are obliged to take car to this work shop for servicing with out any other choice. Interior cleaning was not done properly which is very basic expectation and complaint reported to check the lights was not attended. Finally the price is quite high for the quality of service provided. Hope they will take necessary actions to bring the service quality upto the standards.
