I Took my car to tatamotor for little repair They drive my car and they said 70000 around I didn't give car and I give it outside those repairs done in 28000 thousand

Absolutely third class service provided by the workshop. Not at all recommended. Please do not waste your money and time with these people they do not value there customers. Brief narrative of experience as follows:- Had trouble starting the car on 07 Oct 21 morning. Requested assistance from this station at 9 Am. The person turned up at 1 PM. He started the car using jumping cables and informed battery requires replacement. I told him that take the car to station as I could hear some noise from the fwd suspension area after the front wheels had hit a big pot hole a day before. Requested to address same along with battery change. One additional job was to change head lamps as dipper was not working. Vehicle was taken to station by 1:30 pm. Entire 7th could not get in touch with service advisor and no msg of any kind received. Next day called up the driver who had taken the car and got number of Mr Ravi as the service engineer looking after my car. Spoke to him in the morning and told him what was required to be done basically battery change, suspension noise and lights also told for water wash and internal cleaning. Entire 8th no news or feedback from station. 9th morning checked up status, Mr Ravi said battery replaced. No noise from suspension could be observed and there is no issue with it. He said car will be ready for collection by 1600 and told me to come by that time. I requested if the car can be delivered. He said not possible as my residence is too far (6km). So reached station at 1600 hours. Typical scenes at tata service centers welcomed me. All staff busy on phones and no interaction for 15 mins. Finally spoke to Mr Ravi and was shown my car. It was dirty and not washed. Mr Ravi had no regret of any kind and started asking me that why I turned up at 4. He said wait for half n hour I will get the car washed. With two cars already in que I was pretty sure that it will take easily 2 hours for getting my car ready. So I thanked him and said sir cleaning not required will take it like that. Checked up the new battery, the battery fixing clamp was not fitted. Upon enquiring the same was fitted which took additional half n hour. Then I asked him did you take a drive to check the suspension noise he confirmed and assured no noise was audible. I took the car and told him to listen whilst I did a small movement in reverse and forward. Still not convinced he called up a technician and asked him to check. Both realised that a noise was coming and jacked up the car and within 2 minutes told me that brake pads required renewal and they were causing the noise without even a proper inspection of the under belly in that dim place with no light. I took my phone light and inspected the suspension and steering assembly. Frustrated with there indifferent attitude I told Mr Ravi, I will get this repaired through a private workshop as he and his team is good for nothing. He smilled and said ok. Told him to prepare the bill whilst I managed one more driver to take both cars back home ( I had driven down to the station). Took delivery of the car in dim and shady exteriors of the station. Reached home by around 7 pm. Next day in the morning was surprised to see that all floor mats were missing. Immediately called up Mr Ravi regarding same. Mr Ravi said he will check and revert back. He has not called up since then. To cut long story short. Absolute no go place.

Worst experience: My first service went well and coming to 2 and 3 rd service absolutely the worst experience, observed lot of scratches after servicing. They simply lied. Tyres: Tata providing the Good year tyres which are poor quality tyres. Two tyres are damaged after first 6000 km And service center claimed for warranty and they simply rejected. And we need to call service center every time to get the claim status very irresponsible. Finally, my experience with Tata Siva Shankar motor bis very bad. And I suggest management to improve the quality of service.

Surprisingly impressive! I’ve heard many complaints about the Tata post sales service and with a lot of apprehension I’ve visited them and need to say I was impressed. From entry until the exit, the staff are really supportive until I was satisfied. Special shout-out to Mr Trinadh, appreciate his assistance I would totally recommend this place for the Tata owners looking to fix issues, if any

They dont give spare parts to customers even in case of emergency. Instead they expect to bring vehicle to workshop even after completely explaining vehicle is not in a position to bring to workshop. They simply want money without considering customer situation. Worst service by shiva sankar motors and never suggest to buy tata vehicle from this dealer.

I have visited for my car repair. The executives were very polite and suggested a best insurance package for the damage. I am very satisfied with their duties. The mechanic went for a test drive and cleared the issue immediately. I think this is the best Tata service center in Vishakapatnam.

Good service centre. It was just 1st servicing for me so not much to do. But on my request the mechanic was courteous enough to show me what he was doing, answer my questions and even gave test drive and asked me as well to test after fixing gear box hardness and brake free play. Washing of interiors and exteriors was also upto the mark. Overall a good service centre in my opinion. Will update later after 2nd and 3rd servicing as well.
