★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not able to give zero star... That why giving 1 star.. Gave my tata nexon for second service... They had broken spring of my foldable key and gave irresponsible answers. Not even connected laptop for car diagnosis when i asked them, they said they don't have laptop... Their staff Mr. Trinadh is not even responding to customers properly. Pathetic service and customer response. ☹️☹️☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my Safari 2.0 first service done at Siva Sankar Motors and I'm really satisfied with their service and the support from their team. Everyone who attended my vehicle took utmost care and handled it well. Especially Mr. Trinadh and Pratyaksh were very cordial and personally ensured that everything fell in place during my visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regarding Siva Sankar motors, review is also waste,my personal experience with this motors,they don't have due respect towards senior citizens,staff is so rude,working and experience towards cars is not at all good,ours is second car with Tata motors,by viewing Tata,we bought second time by the reputation and brand it's having.plz it's a request to Tata motors ,to give dealership to some other people rather than Siva Sankar motors.worst service we are experiencing in Vizag city.Recently we have taken our car to showroom,god should know what they have done inside,final output is leave the car for 2-3 days ,they will charge huge amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a Tata Nexon XZA+ (petrol) on 13th November, 2021. Though expected delivery date mentioned on the commitment form was 24th January, 2022, I have not received my car till now (till 7th April,2022). This Tata motors dealer made my life miserable over the last 3 months. When I asked the dealer regarding the car delivery in the first week of January, they told me it was end of the year so they were unable to say, In last week of January, I asked Mrs Pushpa, sales manager, regarding the delivery of my car she made me false promise to deliver my car in February. At the end of February I asked her she replied it would be at the end of the March, 2022. Now when I am asking her in April she says it’s just new financial year so they have to recheck the stock availability of desired vehicle. Mrs Pushpa harassed me and my family by her false promises and has been lying over the past three months. I complained to Tata motors customer care several times, I have been told to contact Mr. Murali (GM of Siva Sankar Motors Pvt. Ltd) but he didn’t not pick up my phone for a single time. Even I tried to contact with Mr. Deepak, regional manager of Tata motors (Andhra Pradesh
h region) , he neither received my phone call nor responded to my email. These people treat us like a beggar. I asked them to refund my money what I paid at the time of booking. But they gave me no answer. Now I have no way other than going through consumer forum to get back my money. People should take action collectively against these people.. Otherwise they will suffer many people by their clever speeches and will make others’ lives miserable.
