★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behaviour and falls promises. I had booked Tata punch and now sales person not attending my calls. I am asking for booking details from last 15 days. They're saying there is rush on system. They don't have 2 min to get booking details from system. Giving false promises we will deliver car in 15 days until you book car one u book car u no more valuable customer for them. This is just pathetic staff and services.

Account Department person not polite and not quick work done, he do much timepass and west of time
This showroom always available all top trend cars with all varieties and colour also
Staff is too polite and will briefly introduce you about product and service
Service centre staff also cooperative and will take care of your vehicles
This showroom offers you test drive with minimum formality, SUV vehicles test drive on off-road this experience helps us to test vehicles properly and for choices also
Showroom is placed in much bigger are which is good for parking and all facilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales and service quality is hopeless. It feels like we are in Government office that too in era of 90's. All the employees work and act like Babus. They dont care and dont want the customer.
Every-time I visited Unity motoros I get the same treatment.
I request Tata Motors to look in to the matter and try to give proper training to staff. Only product does not define TATA Motors, service too.
