★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to booking and booked TATA NEXON on March 2021, There manager told your car will deliver in 1 month (April 2021). Up to June/July car was not delivered. We are calling to manager, he is not responding for calls.
I never expected to this type of service in TATA Motors.
After few months again I went to showroom for booking cancellation (August, 2021). He told booking amount will refund within 10 working days to your bank account.
Amount credited on November 1st week 2021.
I don't recommend to go to TATA Showroom in Sathupalli. There is no commitment.
Manager don't know what he was doing.
