The worst experience I have today for my Tata Nexon 1st service at Lexus Motors Nalmuri workshop.
Nothing was organized, Service advisor Mr. Rajib Bose was totally unprofessional, He does not even hear & check the problem properly rather he tries to justify it. The intention is only to get your service coupon & do the paperwork and give you back the vehicle.
Even in 1st service they did not clean the car properly from outside and when I asked for interior cleaning they said vacuum cleaner is not working.
There was some problem in the glove box, mechanics were passing the balls between them and saying It's not my work, and no one listened to the service advisor. Everyone seems to be unprofessional.
They wasted my entire day for nothing and lastly when I was returning home there were some sounds coming from the front dashboard.
They asked to fill up the feedback from and do the other paper work well before the work was done and It was my bad that I trusted them and did that as they instructed.
I felt cheated & I will escalate this to the GM of Lexus Motors and Tata motors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Advisor Name: Rajib Bose. He can also be called as Mr.Excuse Maker. In my total 1st Service Checking and Problems he just tried to justify with Random Facts and tried to make me understand that it's is perfect. I am not at all Satisfied with the approach of the Staff towards Customer. No doubt the behaviour was Nice but the are not ready to listen to Problems. And Only Busy Covering my Car's Problem with an Existing New Car. And in Some Cases they tried to fix one rattling noise from the Back Rear Glass but failed miserably. And Told me to Overlook it. What a joke. A People will invest their Hard Earned Money and have to tolerate Some Plastic Rattling Noise from New Car. I will try to Change my Service Centre from the Next Visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the service provided by Lexus Motors is of the highest level...and they voluntarily arrange for pickup of the vehicle from our homes...however the service station is extremely far away from Kolkata...not worth wasting soo much fuel to get your car serviced...especially given the price of petrol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sincere, friendly and helpful staff. The workshop is well equipped and I am very satisfied by their job.
They also have pick-up service for vehicles.
The only con is the distance from the main city. Wish they were nearer to the city centre.
