I used to have a completely sedentary lifestyle, she encouraged me to join the gym and be active- from someone who never exercised to somebody who works out 7 days a week. She is not like other dietitians who take money, give you a diet and wait for you to fail and come back and repeat the cycle. She follows up diligently with you, she ensures you stay on track, shares recipes to make the diet interesting and fun, gives you options to eat if you are eating out or going to a movie, takes into account your food preferences and likes. All in all- she is one stop shop for all your health needs.
