Considering this is a dealership as well as a service center, people here are cooperative and provide utmost care to their customers and their bikes. 4 stars because service stations sometimes delay the bike delivery by maximum an hour, delivery time depends on how much work and repairs are laid onto the bikes. Second thing is the availability of parts. You cannot get every single part, especially body panels of your bikes at the exact moment you ask them to replace the damaged one. That can be understood considering the amount of spare parts storage they got, but for at least smaller engine commuter bikes like Platina or CT-100, they can keep the battery/air filter panels on stock as these bikes don't have much color options which reduces the amount of panels to be kept. You have to wait like 15 days from the day you order your panels.
Overall service is great, it's just the availability of parts and manpower-to-work ratio on service station which is detaining this place from getting a full five stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst service centre I have come across. Overall Bajaj's after sale service is not that great and this service center takes it to a whole new level. I came here on a weekday (10/09/2020 at 9:10 am) after asking 3 days before coming here that the rush will be less considering it is a weekday. I got a token, number 1, and was given a time of around 12pm. The advisor asked me if I will wait or leave the bike to which I said I will wait. Around 11:45 am I asked that is my bike done, to which I was informed that the bike is still outside the service centre in waiting and that the mechanic is working on the bikes from yesterday. THE ADVISORS DID NOT HAD THE DESCENY TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER THAT THE SERVICING WILL TAKE TIME AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE BIKE READY ON THE COMMITTED TIME. If they would have dine this, I could have planned my work better as I am also a working person. I contacted the service manager Mr. Akash, who was helpful, and informed him about the matter. He was kind enough to help and get the bike serviced quickly as he stood there and personally monitored the service. Please be aware that this is not the first time I have faced this with THIS PARTICULAR SERVICE CENTRE in FARIDABAD. There have been several instances in which I always had to come back as something or the other was not fixed. I planned to upgrade to Dominar 400 but with this level if experience I WILL NEVER BUY A BAJAJ AGAIN. I advise everyone that if you come to this service center, please monitor your bike being serviced as the team here has the tendency to not fixing issues due to rush of bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go at this place but not for bike issues but to give my AFCAT exam.
Easy to found go to azronda chowk then take your left hand side turn or towards upper side of the flyover.
Center was good at all but their terms and conditions are worst.
They don't even allow you to wear your shoes for sitting in exam.
You have to submit your personal belongings to the outside shutter shop who takes charges of rs. 20 which is quite cheaper than others.
Staff knows very well how to behave specially airforce soldiers.
There are two examination centres in this building as much as I get to know.
If your exam is in infotech exam center then after entering into gate, take your left turn and go on backside of building.
There you have infotech exam center.
All the best for your exam guys. ??

I got my bike serviced. And after riding I raised a complaint on issues I was facing.
They said your issue will be resolved soon and we will call you and will let you know when you should visit.
No call was held after that. And when I asked them today she said sorry I was on leave.
I was riding my pulsar 200ns on 120+ and brakes stopped working. Petrol was leaking badly.
I opted for a local mechanic and he said sir your bike has no brake oil and petrol over flow pipe has not been applied back after the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such poor services tbh. I bought a dominar 400 from these guys. Till the delivery all was fine. But the after sales is trash. I have to call again and again to get one things sorted. They say they will call back but don't. It's quite frustrating and poor from a company as big as Bajaj.
