★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are thief for bike parts from customers's bike...i gave my bike for accidental insurance claim.. during delievry time i saw my apache bike's handle rubber and lock ignistion rubber were missing after that when i reached home i noticed that both side mirror were also missing. chor hai sale ... and their workshop incharge sanjay don't have any manners ..how to speak to customers on the call...i am going to consumer court against om tvs and sanjay .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently i purchased my first bike. I am so lucky i got it from OmTVS, the service was very co-operative. Mr. Raj Dass who attended me and helped me to get my First bike. He told me everything about the features and other benefits and treated very nicely, i guess he was the best person there. I highly recommend to visit OmTVS Showroom, if you are planning to own your bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff of service centre speaks rudely. They lubricated bike chain with the dirty brush and the oil that they put in the container but they should lubricate the chain with the chain spray and they charged me 150 rs for the worst chain lubrication also. The mechanics available there are not capable enough to resolve all your problems, I visited 5 times there in a month for the same problem but no solution yet. They also serviced my bike before the washing so all the greese and the chemicals that they put will be of no use after the deep clean water wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst servicing experience ever. service center staffs are totally frauds. servicing is worthless to talk about, they even charge for the things that are not done on the bike and will make u pay for it (I caught them red handed as i was continuously watching my bike being serviced. No washing done,no proper chain cleaning, no lubrication, didn't solve the problem I complained about). the staffs have least knowledge and totally unprofessional.
