★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviçe of vehicle is nice but behaviour of staff is not well. They have two entrances for vehicle servicing.There is a good thing that when you buy any vehicle from them they make a good life card in which points are collected when you buy any vehicle from them or anyone from your reference and there are various gifts on points.

Dealership related to Hero motorcycles..
One of the major Dealership in Faridabad..
Situated in Neelam Bata road..
Not only Sales also Service center of Motorcycles and scooters..
They also sales Electric Scooters or scooty..
Sales of This unit or dealership if too much.. As near of this area no any other Hero bike dealer not available...
So, benefits also have for this establishment
They sales Motorcycles of all models as well as Scooter products of Hero motors..
Upstairs has Sales office..
Downstairs has Service center..
Service center starts from 8AM to 5PM..
Basically you have to plan to reach @ service center as There may be queue if you reach at 8am..
So better to reach 7am to get early entry as well as early out..
Usually takes 2hrs to 3hrs for Bikes and scooter services..
Rates are genuine for service cost as well as Part cost..
Overall Avg. Or can say good service..
But not as par of excellence..
May be Customer specific improvement are need to improve..
Service related points many one have.. Like after Service delivery is late... Looks 3 to 4 hrs is not good..
Usually bike service will take max. 2 hrs..
Same situation for Scooters services..
If anyone plan for services they should ready to plan for half day minimum side..
No how the strength of Employees are too much.. But the ownership not looks in every one..
They have Billing office on First floor as well as insurance office on same place..
Accidentally case also taken by upstairs..
Overall They have space.. But looks Conjusted..
I have purchase Two bikes from here..
As well as Insurance renew every year form same.. But no discount..
Need to improve many areas like sales and services both..
Showroom owner should check about the all details every day.. So all work quality improve and customer satisfaction increase..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The suggestion of mechanic is not useful and disastified solution of problem.Very bad service station. There is no punctuality of time . They take more time to do service of vehicle.
And the manner of talking by the employee is very bad. I suggest every one to not choose this station for any purchase or any elese. And the price of genuine parts of vehicle is very high as compared to market price
