★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As it's 4mnts far from main road so generally quiter and low polluted. It's 6th floored building lift reach till 5th. Full of natural beauty with huge ground parking lot outside. Overall good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels like govt office as its a govt building, pvt companies use it in lease. Inaugarated in 1999 by state govt. of that time. Just beside the building of Haldia Petro Chemicals and Marline Infinity. Beautiful open space is there infront of the building. TCS, ITOBUZ, CORELYNX, ECS, NIC and lots of companies are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mainly for online exams. Really great arrangement they are providing day by day. Security guys are really helpful in finding proper seat.
The problem is that for outstaion candidates their accompanying person have to wait outside in pavement. And as bus depot is there many bus are going through that way. So bit of congested. Otherwise the seating arrangement and decoration are really good.
