Ordered a consignment delivery from nagpur to allahabad.
It has been ten days and they have no idea where the consignment is.
Moreover, they don't even pick up calls.

Tej courier does not have any system that accurately track the parcel. They never provide sms to customers about package time and delays in order. Even on tej courier website they mentioned delivery boy name but no contact details. You do not have authority to call delivery boy for parcel update.
You are worry about that i have not tried customer care. I really called them at least 30 time but no answer. I don't know what type of service they provide.
I have received my parcel after 4 days this includes 2 days traveling and 1 day in delay. Parcel safely received, no damage at all.
At the end we have ended our trip without the parcel. Thank You.
