★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This project has been runing for long, no possesion given yet. You will lose your income tax benefits because of it. It seems people you have liked and given 5 star must be their employees. What lovely society and bla bla when there is no possession. Wondering what a waste, I invested in 2013.

They must be legally challenged.
Booked flat in 2012 in pre-launch .
Thereafter just paying them as done finance from HDFC bank .
Only possession amount is remaining .
From 2016 , they have been giving false statements about possession and asking for time for 3-4 months everytime .
Most surprisingly they are registered under RERA ...
Very soon going to complaint under consumer forum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same experience as other users who have commented here. Only false commitments since 2016. Everytime you ask for the status, they say you will get it by Diwali. This year will be the 4th diwali since their commitment, still no sign of handover. Then they also give excuses that "atleast we are finishing the work, there so many other builders who haven't even started the project or the projects are on hold". So basically they are trying to convey that they are the best out of worst. How is this helping us in any way, what are we supposed to do with this best out of worst scenario ?

I Booked a flat in 2012 and still no news of Possession.
Now if you call on there call center either they will not pick the phone or Just give you a false dream of possession in next 6 months.
Its better all buyers should collaborate and file a case against them in RERA as well as court.
I went for site visit also ... Practically no work is going on .. All stopped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst builder I have ever dealt with. Booked a flat in 2012 and still no sign of possession in near future. He is least bothered about responding to any query of its customers. Dont invest or buy any flat from Terra if you want to live in peace. Feeling cheated and trapped. Biggest regret to invest here. Would have given if had an option to give any worst rating than 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a flat in Terra Castle in original booking, its been 8 years tired of chasing these people and so far flat is not ready and not even near to possession. Every time you call and get a simple response that we have applied for a bank loan and waiting for the same. I have made my 95% payment and tired to paying bank loan. Also the girl named Gurvinder she does not know how to speak with the customer. When i asked her what is the update, "she replied do not shout, i can also shout, we are answering your calls, we have not run away, do not you understand that we are waiting for bank loan". I have nothing to do with your bank loan.
Never buy property from these fraudsters, its time to take it legally. Thanks

I also booked a flat in Terra Castle, its been over 8+ years. Now absolutely tired of chasing this project. Flats are not ready and not even near to possession. Every time you call and get a simple response that we have applied for a bank loan and waiting for the disbursement. I have made my 95% payment and paying heavy installments of bank loan on monthly basis. Terra Staff says that builder has applied for bank loan, but bank is not disbursing the amount to company since January 2021. This is same going on for last few months. Parallel a court case is also going on between builder and construction contractor. I think customer should not be responsible for these kind of stupid acts going on with this builder. Staff is not even clear about tentative month of possession in this or coming year. I am sick of it.
Never buy property from these fraudsters. Thanks
