★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I vistee the clinic yesterday after 3 years, seeing the clinic was very much impressed but after that everything went wrong...when I entered i asked them for my appointment n they said the appointment is for 5.30 but i remember i took the appointment for 5, that was fine i was as if late for 15 mins, so they took me to the treatment room n there they told me that the doctor i booked (Dr uzma) is not free n went for other patient as i got late i was shocked to here that, they dint even called if before giving my schedule to someone else n on top of that the receptionist came to me saying n being very rude that the doctor is not available because i was late for 15 mins n if i am not taking this schedule right now it wil be given to someone else, this is how u treat a patient, there is no respect for a non celebrity patient this is what i felt..i booked appointment 2 weeks back n this is what i get. As i came from far i took a 360 facial suggested by some other doctor. After my treatment I came out ask for any doctor available at the reception as i had some query for after care ..they said all the doctors have left i was shocked again, no doctor to prescribe or give details what has to be done after the procedure etc etc..the receptionist are too rude n are there only to take money after treatment n dont care what the patient wants..seriously very very disappointed by their service now..they dnt care what the patient wants...the service has become worst...i have again taken an appointment with dr harshna Bijlani n that i got it after a month that is 28th april..i have many more things to mention about the attitude of doctors n staff which i cannot write here but seriously they have the worst customer service .i have taken this appointment just to speak to her about what services are been given by her staff to patient, its just spoiling her name..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 360 facial recommended by Dr. Manisha but I didn’t see change in my skin. I have had facials and even basic clean up gives a change. This clinic is just fooling people and making money. They dont deserve one star also!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen so rude staff!! I went for Laser hair reduction and Treatment is done by Technicians and not doctors. Technicians have no idea about skin treatment. In fact there are no doctors to supervise as well. Such a huge risk with my skin. I have literally wasted my money by going to this. Please don't waste your money for such a useless and disgusting place!!

I just had my second session today and had a wonderful experience. The Santacruz clinic is clean, organised, and present with kind therapists. Ranjeeta was my therapist today and she did a fantastic job! She made sure I was comfortable and worked at my pace. She gave me 100% of her undivided attention for the three hours I was there.
