★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Bistro to spend time with friends or for work related things.
This place is beautiful and well maintained. Food here is very tasty but somewhere lacks in variety on the menu.
COVID protocols are properly followed with online menu and ordering system to social distancing.
Price here is very high compared to the quantity they give but quality of each dish is just incredible and mouthwatering.
Must try if you are on workation in Goa.

I tried few of their preparations from vegetarian category only ?
Hainanese style paneer rice.
Lasagne
Bruschetta Margherita
Pasta
The only thing which made me quite uncomfortable was the prices. It's bit on higher side.

With beautiful wood set interiors adorned with hues of olive and gold, Black Sheep Bistro provides a rustic and elegant setting for your meal.
The food is absolutely delicious. The good:
Basil Bang - the show stopper cocktail of the Bistro
Fish Tacos - delectable
Mushroom Stronganoff - delicious
The okay:
Signature Pull Apart Garlic bread - hard to call it the signature dish
Chicken Baos - lacked the punch with flavours
Overall for us the cocktails made us return to the Bistro. The service staff was exceptional as well and made sure we had a ball.
Yes, the price is on the higher end but such a place merits a premium in terms of the decor and the vibe of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rarely give a restaurant 5 stars. Amazing food! From orange flavoured chocolate sauce with churros, to banana flavoured icecream, everything had a twist of it's own. The only setback was the way we had to order. The network bandwidth there was very weak that we had to order from the staff's cellphone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Awesome food. A little bit expensive (2.5-3k with a single drink), but it's totally worth it. I ordered around 10-12 dishes of different varieties- vegitarian, thai, burger, pasta, prawns, etc and not a single dish disappointed me. In fact, it set a new standard for each of them. Must try.

The food is scrumptious. We had their sambal curry prawns and peanut orange flavoured grilled fish which was out of this world. The cocktails are delicious.
Amazing place, one must put it on the to do list while you are in Goa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More often than not, reviews and personal experiences don't match up. BSB is among the exception list and one can easily see why as early as you call them for a table.
Ambience/Decor - Well done. Without being over the top, they have pulled off amazing style and the theme is spot on.
Food - Well, if you want food that would melt in your mouth, look no more. There is great care and attention in each dish and you can feel how subtle the flavours are. If your are looking for loudness in flavour profile or want an Indian take on spices, this is not the place for your: at least from the limited food we had. The drink were great too. Sangaria was light and flavorful, whiskey sour was smoky and strong without being over powering.
I am marking this spot and would love to return.

All of which were just awesome. Loved it to the last bite. Though prices are on the higher side.
The service is Excellent, amazing people honestly. The ambience is good with great music. The place is a bit off the main road but there's enough parking space to accommodate a large number of vehicles.
Worth Visiting for a Great time.
