★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service. We were charged for the products that we didn't want to buy. The representative just added the products in the basket. When we asked they said They don't have an option to return the money. The worst service ever. And we were at a loss of more than 5k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is atrocious especially in the weekend. The products are not sealed and there is no difference between a tester product and the actual one. The representatives give a long drawn out explanation of the product coming in a ship and warehouse in Delhi. The card machines do not work and the representatives are ill equipped to cater to the customer needs. Atrocious experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very rude. They were getting on my nerves each time I picked up a product to only read and mistook it for testing. You guys need to calm down and hold your horses. Very bad experience. Plus no difference between a tester and original product as nothing is sealed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. They seemed judgemental as I was a guy trying to buy concealer. Also, they seemed like they didn't really WANT to sell anything. Gave me answers like "you won't find it in any shop". I literally had to beg for some service.
