★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort is clean and give a comfort zone you can relax at pool. More over staff is decent and very pleasant to talk to, they provide quick service with a smile on there faces each time you call them or order something.

Wifi was not working, no water in bathrooms,not even an iron in the entire so called hotel leave aside laundry, very basic in room dining.A very old building with no service of any sort as may be expected in a hotel.Cheap lodges are far more organised than green villa. The manager was nowhere to be seen.Also please avoid eating anything as i started vomiting immediately after having a very basic lunch at green villa and the hotel had no medicines.
people please stay away from this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant stay. Environment was good. Rooms are so far from highway, u will not hear that DELHI NOISE. I had very bad experience in Delhi earlier but Green Villa was quite good in communication with customer, behaviour of staff. 15-25 mins from IGI Airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good as it is on NH8. The signboard is of "Nikunj Complex" so you will not find Green Villa written outside anywhere. Once you enter then only you see the board.
The entrance for Green villa is closed and the guard asks twice or thrice to reconfirm if you are really staying in Green Villa (seems property is not visited much).
Parking is spacious. The gardens and pool area is also nice. Mini terraces and sitting areas are plenty to hang out.
Rooms towards the backside are small. No footmats anywhere. Remotes for Tv and AC dont work properly. Blankets were not dry cleaned since ages and my friend caught cold due to dust in them.
Food was ok. Few items were good few were bad. Staff was supporting and helpful. Even when I was roaming alone at 11:30pm, I felt completely safe.
Go there if you get great deals through goibibo! Otherwise you might end up losing money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place for family. Peaceful even tho it's on the highway, inside is green has its own small pool. Garden. Not a big place as such. Since it's a villa, it's not taken care like a biz hotel. My room wasn't cleaned or wasn't clean at the corners. But when I asked them to clean they were very quick. I got the bigger room, verandah outside but no view as such. Good coffee table arrangement...the uncle who manages is sweet and cordial. They always serve freshly made food so always order keeping in mind it will take around 25 mins. Tho the food tastes good, it isn't as authentic as it should be. I ordered jeera alu, daal fry, mushroom masala, dal makhani..none authentic tho good.
Cons: breakfast: you only get EITHER aloo paratha, or toast bread jam/butter or cornflakes. That's it. Inspite of paying some hundreds for break inclusive, that's all u get. That too u just get to choose one. Really bad.
Bill: I had booked advance thru some website so payment was already done. These guys didn't give me the invoice for the food saying they can't it's a bed n breakfast. And if they do, it will be under rent n not food. Which isn't right n unprofessional.
Location: aerocity is closest metro. U can also go to mg road metro directly @rs 250. The highways r long, with less scope for u turns if u miss a turn. And even if you want to go the other side of the road. I wanted to go to four points Sheraton which is right across, I had to pay Ola 60-100 bucks for each trip because the car has to go round n come back. But that's not the hotels fault. Just saying :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to thus place past as well and I just love it, indoor pool is a plus. Staff was very polite and gave best service even after 12 midnight which is awesome. Food was good. The only issue we faced was bottled water was priced @50 against the Supreme Court order. The manager was just not accepting it which was quite irritating, as per the manager Green Villa was an exception to the Supreme Court order. After a long discussion, he made 2 bottles complimentary out of 7 and we had to pay 250 for 7 bottles which costs @140. This review is not about Rs 110 but the order should be accepted by all. No one would like to pay more than the MRP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have the option to give zero starts or else it will be zero from my end. Don't believe the photos shared. They will just saw it was old photos.
1) The gates are locked and you don't feel there is a hotel operating inside.
2) Its just a small place which get only one or two room bookings.
3) No swimming pool as shown in photos.
4) The room is old with seepage patches, open wires.
5) Linens are old and smelling badly.
6) You welcome bed bugs as your partner in the mattress.
7) Breakfast is just a Aloo paratha or Bread with jam or Bread omlette with Tea or Coffee.
Not worthy to pay even what you expect from a lodge which charges you around 600 to 800 but I was charged Rs.3500.00 to return back home with rashes and sleepless night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unlivable place. The hygiene is a huge problem. Towels were smelly and unusable. Bathrooms locks broken. No shops nearby. Dust all over. No breakfast on time. If you book, you regret. May be later they improve, but current state is absolutely no go.
Pros: Infrastructure is good. Staffs are good, they try to help as much they can. There is a playground too for kids.
