i would suggest it's the best place for taking your pets for grooming.

Not trained to handled cat. They are affraid of animal and running a Animal spa.
Not hygienic at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love your babies (pets), please DO NOT get them here. The workers are very unprofessional and they treat the babies like objects while grooming them. Once you enter a different amount will be informed for the service and later there will be added amount for the same. The entire outlet smells super bad.

Mr. Mangesh was good, however the grooming was slightly rough and more finesse was expected in handling soup, which was missing. Could have done a better job. Charges were reasonable... similar to one quoted by others. Reasonably good experience, could have been better

Its located right in Central matunga so very convenient to reach out and awaiting to visit The Happy Tails pets cafe soon!! Keep up the clean work and thank you for pampering pets at its best...... :)
