★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined the kickboxing studio about a month and a half ago and my motivation was to get fitter but surprisingly and delightfully not only was I able to learn about myself and get fitter and stronger, I was able to learn about the art of self defense and have a sense of confidence in my abilities and skills.
If one wants to join for fitness or for self defense then the studio is just the right place. Amazing ambience, Deepak sir is a great coach and facilities and training is top notch. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't think of it as JUST a place to learn kickboxing. It's a place where you get fit both physically and mentally. It's a place where you learn to be more confident in yourself. It's an escape from your daily life where you can leave your troubles behind for an hour. The feeling of relieving all your stress on the heavy bag is something I look forward to in every session. Plus, the head coach and fellow students have never made an introvert like me feel uneasy or out of place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, you get to learn Kickboxing, and your physical and mental fitness enhances. But the best thing about the place is the environment and the head coach. Deepak sir is a great coach, and a great guy! You never feel out of place over there, and there's no social anxiety inducing traits over there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to not only learn kickboxing, but also to get fit. The coach here is extremely good and takes good care of everyone while teaching the proper techniques. Personally, I have gone from having a sedentary lifestyle to feeling active and fit. It's a great place overall.
