★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, staff is rude, I'll mannered, uneducated and they have no empathy, the only language they understand is money. If you are not in an emergency situation as my family was, I would never recommend this hospital to anyone for any major procedures. We know that most of the medical institutions are just money making Machine and mission hospital is a living example of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst corporate hospital. The only one where u don't get a doctor's appointment for more than 6months. They will ask you to call in their tollfree no at a certain time for the appointment and keep you waiting. Finally when they pick up the call, they say 'Sorry, all appointments are booked'. They want patients requiring surgery so that they can make money from them. Shame on you people. My advice to others would be-
Take your patients to other doctors. There are many good doctors out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no proper management or proper communication that is followed, I had my dad's appointment at 11am with the ENT. Being a paralyzed patient he doesn not have the option to move about freely. But even after making an appointment two days in prior we found out later that most of the doctors start seeing patients after 30mins - an hour of waiting time.
Now, if one needs to urgently get something done it is not at all possible. Like I mentioned previously that the management is quite poor, where over the call we were told that being a patient of 75 years+ one would get much priority. Moreover there is this cycle that if one needs to know about the status of whether a doctor has entered the premises or not; they would be directed to the help desk from where they direct you to the nurses then over to the sister if one fortunately gets the information they need well and good else they would be required to go to the reception.
In simple terms there is no proper point of contact.
Heavily disappointed with the management and service level at Mission Durgapur. I would urge everyone reading this if one needs to make an appointment with a doctor here save the trouble and check out other hospitals nearby if you want to save yourself a whole lot of trouble that is.
I should have given one star star but the nurse at Dr Nishant's office was very helpful compared to the others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hospital here in Durgapur. I was a patient suffering from Pneumothorax. The doctors were very helpful and they did my operation very nicely. Dr Humayun Kabir was a very nice doctor. He listened to my problems carefully and treated me well. I was also Suffering from COVID 19 so I was in the isolation ward too for 20 days. The hospital is very neat and clean. The behaviour of the doctors, nurses and GDs staffs are very good.
I stayed in the hospital for 41 days. And came home today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and testing techniques are really good. The insurance desk was really helpful.
However, they don't allow to see patients and there are a lot of rules and restrictions. You'll have to wait for hours to get updates about your patient. The food is pathetic and the behavior of few staffs and nurses is very rude. They are very incompassionate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.3 star. Heard mixed review from people. My personal experience is satisfactory. All staffs are not well-behaved, security guards throw unnecessary tantrums, construction is complex, it is very difficult to find particular unit or ward but staffs are helpful in this respect, they will guide you to particular unit. Getting admission for treatment at crirtical care unit is an issue, need some influence to do so. Patients are taken care really well, biiling and other processing are super fast. Lot of people have reported it as money-making hospital, my personal experience is good, total price taken was justified. Angioplasty (baloon surgery) with 4 nights 3 day stay at Critical Care Unit - total bill was 1 lakh 15 thousands approximately. Cleanliness is excellent. Covid ward is totally separated from other units. Social distancing and santitization are maintained inside all wards. Strict policies are followed for allowing visitors to meet patients, visitors/relatives are only allowed at designated time slots as mentioned in notice board.
