★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office timings are not accomodating. The place opens at 10 and closes at 5.30. Also they have Saturday and Sunday off.
Although the people there are very helpful and works promptly.
All the queries were answered properly by the personnels.
Still there are a lot number of areas for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is visible from road. The higher up staff are very generous and helpful. I had been there for 2 wheeler insurance policy renewal. For my Honda Activa renewal charge was around ₹2200. The renewal process is easy however you need to constantly move from one desk to another and finally to billing counter. Make sure you reach the office before 12 noon as staff might start taking break and the process may take extra time. I checked the company's app to renew my policy however had problem hence visited their office.
