★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very poor service.TPA is not supporting for settlement of reimbursement of the hospital claim.New india Ass.one branch not talking to another branch for getting history.I don't know who is having ownership of settlement of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow and bad service.. officials behaving like everyone is a boss here.. no personnel is found in his own chair.. i waited 1 hr for enquiry of my insurance and 1..1.30 hr for cashier ..very poor service bad experience.. Guys do ur insurance online pathetic serivice here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor coordination with dealership and customers. Even after intimation by dealer to NAI regarding claim amount to be given directly to customer, they have credited to dealer account. It took 2 months to receive claim amount and clearing confusion.

I forgot the name of the lady who work as a officer?(sinha) .. Mera car lic ka policy unke waja se benifit milne wala ta o nai mil paya. Waha par Mr Nitin Kathe sir hai.. Mast helping person.. With in a minute me link and payment done.. I really appreciate Mr Nitin kathe... Pls *thenewindiacompany look into this
