They will never refund the booking amount on cancellation in advance even in worst circumstances….. I called the hotel in advance that I will not be able to visit as there is a death in the family.. No condolences, no courtesy, only a cold response… You cannot expect anything except disappointment visiting this place. They didn’t even care to refund the charge for one day stay out of 2 when they already knew that we wouldn’t be able to come. Greedy owner, poor & unprofessional staff !! Shame on you guys !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at the The Palms Town & Country Club for 3 nights. One of the worst experiences for me; beds were disgusting, No towels, no service, rooms are not clean and old.
Had to call 3 times for them to send someone to change the bedsheets.
They focus on the wedding side of their business and don't care about the rooms and giving a nice experience to customers. The front desk is also very rude, asked us to check out at the sharp time, even thought when i said I have a virtual meeting i'd like to finish.
Totally not worth the money and efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family have been members at The Palms Town & Country Club for about 5 years now. It is a very nice place located in the heart of town with quality food and facilities. In the initial days of our membership, we were very happy with the way member facilities were made available, events hosted at the club as well as the general level of interaction that was possible with other members. We have made quite a few good friends amongst the members.
However, of late, the club management has decided to prioritise the walk-in guests and room bookings over the members. This has resulted in a complete degradation of the quality of people who are now seen there, whether it be in the restaurants, bar or pool. Uncouth and rough people who do not know what being in a “club” is about can be seen loitering around the place. So much so that we are now reconsidering our membership renewal after the current one gets over.
I feel the club is not interested in members anymore, as the room guests probably bring in more money per head than the members. Ultimately, the ambience of the club is suffering and eventually it will not be good for members. I urge anyone who is reading this review to reconsider their membership if they are already members and not consider it at all if they plan to take a fresh membership. There are probably much better places out there than this.
As for the management of the club itself, they need to decide whether they want to run a hotel or a club; both can’t coexist together, the way they are running it now.
PS: I have photographs of the kind of uncouth room-guests who are now seen loitering in the swimming pool, flouting all rules of the pool and even decent human behaviour. I will be posting them here if I don’t hear any response from the management with a clear plan as to what they intend to do in the future about such things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible time at The Palms Gurgaon and would not recommend it to anyone. They provide poor service and lack civility and good manners when speaking with their customers. There are no masks or sanitation at the reception desk at this time, when cases are on the rise. I've never seen anything like this before. I'm hoping they improve their service because it's now a 2 out of 10 rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality and taste of food here was simply excellent. Overall ambience and decor was pretty good too. All in all its a perfect place for parties and weddings etc. Do try their non-veg dishes as they were very good in taste. Location of this places is a added bonus as its located right in the middle of gurgaon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good, that is the only reason, i gave them that one extra star. They had some inexplicable rules which they are implementing on their customers and they outright refused to explain the rationale behind such eerie regulations. Property was average. I hope they will reconsider some of their rules to make the stay of their customers more relaxing and enjoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms and beds were fine. The room I received had a good view of the pool. The pool was however closed for swimming (could be due to Covid at that time). The food was good.
If you are going for corporate meetings, they also have conference rooms.

?⛲️Beautiful place in the centre of the city. I attended a wedding here and immediately fell in love with this place. It’s plush and upmarket. You find there is a classiness in the ambience, in the rooms, the hall.
?Price - Rs 2700 per plate for catering. DJ - Rs 20k. Decoration - Rs 2L.
?Pro Tip - depending on the size of the audience they offer 2 venues. One is a hall which asks for minimum commitment of 125 packs. And the garden which asks for a minimum commitment of 250 packs.
