★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent a parcel from sangamner to aurangabad , website shows the courier reached aurangabad office the next day, aurangabad office denied it, another day aurangabad office says we have not recived it yet call us again may be we might recieve it today from sangamner, sangamner office says we have already sent it 2 days ago and its already in aurangabad since 1 day. No body takes responsibility. no customer care. Worst courier service i have ever used. Please avoid these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service to the core... Even after 12 days the courier is still not delivered... And they say it is delivered but still the reciever says I haven't received it yet.
They simply ignore your concerns.... Hopeless... Please don't go for this at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper communication with customer. I had one query, so I asked this person about it, but the man was in his own ego, he didn't respond and keep on ignoring by pretending he is attending a phone call.
If you don't want to have a convo with customers, please atleast say to them politely. ( # VERY FRUSTRATED STAFFFFFF )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic service by professional courier in Auranagabd. My bank documents were dispatched to my address on 10th August, till havent received it. Nor they gave me a call. Pathetic response, that too, you cant track the item, nor you can contact any one. Surprisingly bank like HDFC conatct these courier company for delivery. ZERO Ratings to be given.

I courier on 9th August for Gwailar..today it had reached Indore which is about 500km from Aurangabad... 5 day just reached Indore...office has no answer
