It was already a week but they didn't deliver yet
Never ever gng to book through these couriers
Postal services are far far better and faster than these services.

I never ever experience such bad courier service , I understand there might be delay in between souce and destination , but parcel already delivered in destination courier service and its still there . Head office should take strict action such agencies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Courier from Sanskrit Bharatk has been languishing at Pimpri office for 10 days. No email, no phone number to call, no response to complaint lodged … stay away from such unprofessional couriers. The fact they have majority people giving them 1 * says it all - a shame Sanskrit Bharati are choosing to send books via such abysmal services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional couriers is an extremely UNPROFESSIONAL service provider. I ordered some books from Bangalore on February 9. I didn't receive a call or a message regarding the update so I called the customer care number provided. I was informed that I would have to go to their office in Nigadi or Pimpri and collect the parcel as their Chinchwad branch is closed temporarily. This was neither mentioned or informed to me when I was booking the service. Being new in Chinchwad, I am not aware of the places nearby. Also, the reason we order from a courier company is to get a faster and efficient home delivery. The people attending customer service calls are very rude, ill informed and do not respond properly. They gave me another number to address my grievances but that number is a dud. Inspite of calling for the umpteenth time, I have received neither my books nor a solution for the issue at hand. Extremely disappointed.
