★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at Raymond Indiranagar. Got a made-to-measure Bandhgala for a wedding and it exceeded my expectations. Really appreciate the professionalism of the tailor (master), Mr. Khaleel, and the quality and workmanship of the product he created. Definitely coming back to get more things made from here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have previously used Raymond's made to measure and thier services have been good. I recently wanted to get a suit made and went to the same store (as they were good previously) and was taken to the custom tailoring section (did not realise the difference at the time nor did the sales person inform me) (for the uninitiated Meade to measure is factory made and custom tailoring is hand stitched and more bespoke (read premium)).
The measurements were taken and I asked for a surgeon cuff and the master, taking measurements, was not aware of this and then he tried to convince me that it's not a good option. They conceded to my request and I went in for a trail, suit seemed fine and when I went to pick it up on the final day (custom tailoring has only 1 trail also) the waist button placement was off. Again the master tried to convince me that it's "relaxed fit" and it's fine etc
I was not convinced and asked them to keep the suit and have the money refunded. Sachin the manager intervened and said they will fix it and sent the suit home the next day.
Overall bad experience where the masters are measurement guys and don't have much knowledge about suits and my personal recommendation go for made to measure and not custom tailoring services not worth the premium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you do not know your materials then go here as these people surely do not. Trying to tell me a wool and polyester beans is better then cashmere and silk blend.
I kept questioning and also asked your suit material is 100s where are the 150-180 super fine material. They explained the 100s are better.
They are either do not know what they are talking about or they are scamming people that do not know better.
I have had many suits made over the years and I have never lied straight to my face so well.
I just got up and left as if they cannot be honest what is the point in doing business with them.
Good luck for those that fall in the trap of wanting a high quality suit made with inferior materials.
