One of the best places to be in Bodh Gaya, the Royal Bhutan monastery, made by the king of Bhutan as a tribute to Lord Buddha is a fascinating temple with its amazing art and crafts, the walls outside are designed with the unique colors of Buddhist architecture. They include some of the amazing carvings of the lives of lord Buddha, along with the storyline of the various phases of the life of the lord. A must visit.

Beautiful monastery made by Bhutan. It has big Buddha image in centre and 2 more Buddhist gods flanking him. Has nice colourful miniature sculptures on wall. Must visit in Bodh Gaya.

This Monastery is situated near Mahabodhi temple in Bodhagaya. It was built on the order of Bhutan king. Like all the buddhist temples in Bodhagaya, it also very beautiful and peaceful. You will love the atmosphere of this place. Architectural beauty of the monastery is mesmerizing and worth capturing in the camera.

The Royal Bhutanese Monastery features depictions of life of Lord Buddha in clay carvings. Bhutanese monks pray here sitting quietly. You can click pics of the beautiful 7 feet statue inside the monastery. Also there is vast space outside. There is no payment for entering or staying there, but you can donate some for the maintenance of monastery.

One of the beautifull temples at Bodhgaya. It was closed from a long time due to covid issue, but now it is opened. After entering the premises i find it well maintained.well arranged plants are inside the monastery.Small mango plant is fruiting in the premises.A full size peepal tree is giving shade to visitors. A small carpet is placed on stairs to save visitors from heat ,as marbles of stairs become hot and visitor to go up by leaving shoes etc. Temple is very calm.a very very fine painting is done on walls and roofs of temple.walls are prohibitted to touch. Very neat and clean temple. U can pray lord Buddha very peacefully.
