★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Great Buddha Statue is a big attraction of Bodhagaya. It can be visited on foot in continuation to visit of series of temples in Bodhagaya. The height of the statue of bhagwan buddha is 64 feet, lotus height is 6 feet, pedestal height 10 feet, thus total height from ground is 80 feet. Here bhagwan Buddha is sitting in Dhyan mudra. The statue was inaugurated by 14th Dalai Lama in 1989. The place gives a great pleasure and peace.

It is very huge , my first experience is very good , want to go inside the statue but not allowed for security reasons , u will also find photographer ,
