- Big hall balcony (9 x 7)
- Good sized hall (12 x 15)
- Bedroom balcony (9 x 4)
- Ample car parking
Cons
- No video door calling
- Common Bathroom size is too small
- Washbasin is inside the common bathroom
- Poor/ average quality washbasin and toilet seats
- No mosquito net for bathroom window
